Five companies. One owner. Independent management.

The milestones reached by our first company are a record of how our beginnings were received. Today the group holds multiple subsidiaries that operate independently of each other, each with its own business objectives and operational structure.

That independence is deliberate. A client contracting with Masa for a steel package deals with Masa’s own licence, management and engineers. What the group adds is capital, shared governance and the ability to put several of those companies on one project without a chain of subcontracts.

When we are blessed with success, it is our duty to walk in wisdom and plan our course for making the best of it.
